Whisked Tea
Finely powdered tea is whisked to a forth in warm water, in one version of the tea ceremony; more usually, green tea is brewed in a teapot and poured into small cups.
Drying The Leaves
The very finest green tea is slowly dried over a fire in an iron cauldron, the leaves stirred and rubbed between the tea-makers' hands.
Traditional Tea House
Young, couples, as well as monks, frequent Korean tea houses, drinking green tea slowly in a relaxed atmosphere.
